How do I know how much weight I should lose?

A solid first step is to visit your local nutrition store (note: GNC does not offer this) and get an InBody scan (usually free) or invest in a DEXA scan. These scans provide accurate details on your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass. This information helps set realistic goals—you’re not aiming to lose every bit of fat, but to reach a healthy, sustainable weight.

If a scan isn’t an option, research the ideal bodyweight for your height, weight, and age online. While this is an estimate, it can guide your program choice.

What if I work a lot and don't feel like cooking food to start eating right?

A common excuse I hear is lack of time. The truth is, the answer is never “you can’t do it.” Many of my clients balance full-time jobs and family responsibilities yet still prioritize their health. Making time for healthy habits like meal prepping and regular activity is essential. If you can’t find an hour every few days to prepare your food, it’s time to reassess your schedule and priorities.

I'm in high school, can I get a plan?

I do not set an age limit for my services. However, anyone under 18 seeking a plan must have their parent or guardian pay for it to confirm their permission.

What if I am not losing/gaining weight like expected on the program?

My plans are individually customized for each client. Common reasons for lack of progress include inaccurate food measuring or weighing and not pushing yourself enough during workouts or cardio. I provide the tools and resources for success, but your dedication is essential. If you are following the program exactly and still not seeing progress, please contact me via the provided email so we can reevaluate your plan.

Can I buy my friend a plan/ program?

Yes. As long as you complete the client information form with full detail, I can create a personalized plan for them.

Will you unblock me on TikTok?

No. I block all negativity, and my moderators do the same. If you were blocked by mistake, be cautious with your behavior on any new accounts. I do not unblock anyone under any circumstances.

I got an email saying my program order was fulfilled, where do I find it?

I send your programs and meal plans via Email — Sometimes, because of the links included, the email may go to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
