Please be aware that all meal plans and training programs are non-refundable once delivered. This policy reflects the individualized nature of our offerings and the significant time invested in tailoring each plan specifically for you.
If, within 14 days of receiving your plan, you feel our program isn’t the right fit, contact us immediately. We recognize that no single approach suits everyone, and your satisfaction is paramount. In such cases, we will assess your situation thoroughly to determine if a refund is appropriate.
When approved, refunds are processed directly by us and typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days.

My recommendations are based exclusively on the information you have provided. I disclaim any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages stemming from the consumption of foods in the meal plan.
